6 chicken breasts, boned
1 pint sour cream
16 ounce box cheddar cheese crackers, crushed fine
1/4 pound (1/2 cup) butter or oleo

Cooking Instructions

Spread chicken breasts with sour cream and roll in crumbs. Melt butter or oleo in large baking dish. Lay chicken, one piece at a time in melted butter or oleo. Turn butter side up. Bake 1 hour or until tender in 325 degree oven.

NOTE: You can use boneless, skinless individually frozen chicken breasts; no fat or low fat sour cream; low fat cheddar cheese crackers and low fat oleo in this recipe. It is still delicious; chicken is tender and juicy.
