1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 cup melted butter

Cream Cheese Filling:
1-1/2 pounds cream cheese (3- 8 ounce packages)
3/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1-1/2 cups muesli cereal or granola

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add cracker crumbs, and slivered almonds. Mix with melted butter. Evenly spread crust on bottom of pan using fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Blend cream cheese with hand blender or food processor, until creamy. Mix in sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla. Spread cream cheese filling over baked crust. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over top of cream cheese filling. On top of blueberries, sprinkle cereal or granola.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool - can be served hot or cold with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
