1 cup sugar, brown or white
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin, blended smooth
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and squash or pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and lined loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
