1 large organic potato
2 tbsp organic olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Cooking Instructions:

1. Slice the potato very thinly with a mandolin.
2. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
3. Put the potato slices on a cookie sheet
4. Add olive oil, sea salt, and vinegar. Toss with your hands.
5. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, watching closely.
