1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp. more butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 cup condensed milk
cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Crumble first 4 ingredients well. Pack into a greased 8X8 inch
baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Combine next 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil
over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly as it
burns easily. Remove from heat. Beat with spoon slowly until it
shows signs of thickening. Pour over bottom layer.

Melt chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat or over hot water.

Pour over second layer and chill. Cut into squares.
