8 oz. uncooked elbow pasta
1 lb. ground beef
6 bacon slices, diced
1 can tomato soup, undiluted.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

Options:
grilled onions
parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown beef over medium heat, until no longer pink; drain and set aside. In the same pan cook bacon till crisp; remove and let drain on a aper towel. Discard bacon drippings.

Drain cooked pasta and add to pan. Add soup, beef and bacon; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook until cheese melts. Serve with barbecue sauce.

Yields: 4-6 servings
